Stephen is the Managing Director of Moore Stephens Sydney, a Chartered Accounting firm that has extensive financial services expertise and has experienced significant growth over the past decade. He is also a director of many other companies, including White Outsourcing Pty Limited, a leading provider of outsourced administration services for the funds management industry. Stephen is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a registered tax agent.

Andrew has over 10 years experience in financial services. Initially Andrew worked for Jupiter Asset Management in the UK as a Dealing Manager, and since 2002 at White Outsourcing Pty Ltd, a specialist provider of outsourced accounting and administration services. At White Outsourcing Andrew is an executive director, head of the investment operations division. Andrew is currently a non-executive director and responsible manager with Hub24 Pty Ltd. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business from the University of Wolverhampton.

Darren has over 15 years experience as a founding shareholder and executive director in financial services . Most notable of these have been Online Broker Holdings (Charles Schwab Australia) purchased by Ecorp Ltd in 1998, Portfolio Management Systems purchased by Advent Inc. (NASDAQ:ADVS) in 1998, COIN Software acquired by Macquarie Bank in 2005 and Hub24 Pty Ltd. Darren is currently an executive director with Hub24 Pty Ltd and holds non-executive directorships with InvestorFirst Ltd, van Eyk Research Ltd and TOTE Tasmania Pty Ltd. Darren holds a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University.

Ian has over 10 years experience in designing and developing software for the financial services industries, particularly in the area of financial planning. Ian has been the founder of the companies behind the VisiPlan and COIN software packages, two of the leading financial planning systems in Australia. His main area of expertise is on the management of information technology organisations and software development.

Jason Entwistle has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. During that time he established a number of successful wealth management related businesses.

In 1990 he was part of a small team that created the successful Navigator master trust (now owned by National Australia Bank). After leaving the Navigator business in 1994, he established a consulting practice and consulted extensively on Portfolio Administration Platforms to over 20 leading financial institutions throughout Asia Pacific and the UK.

Jason was the co-founder of Avanteos, which was launched in 2001 and became Australia’s first online Wrap Platform. Avanteos was later purchased by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Jason is currently a director of Lachlan Capital Partners Pty Ltd, a non-executive director of Eagle Mining Supplies Pty Ltd and was also a founding director of Centaurus Resources Limited, an ASX listed resource company.

Suwandi has over 10 years experience in software development and technology, particularly for the financial planning industry. He has been the founder of the company behind COIN software packages. For most of this time, Suwandi has lead teams of project managers, business analysts and system developers in the implementation and management of information technology solutions targeted to meet the varied and complex needs of financial planners.
