You can now schedule withdrawal requests on behalf of your clients, and have funds paid into their nominated bank account.

In addition, you will also be able trigger a withdrawal when sufficient cash is available, handy for those instances when a sell down is required for a withdrawal. Advisers can choose from the following when requesting a withdrawal:

• Pay now: Same-day withdrawal, providing the request is received before our 3-pm AEST cut off
• Pay later: Adviser can now schedule their withdrawal to be processed on their preferred day
• Pay when cash is available: The platform will perform daily checks for sufficient cash to fulfil a withdrawal
