Andrew has over 30 years’ experience across wealth management encompassing advice, platforms, industry superannuation, insurance and information technology. Andrew was formerly Chief Operating Officer of Genesys Wealth Advisers and Head of the Genesys Equity Program, where he was a director of over 20 financial planning practices across Australia. His previous executive roles include General Manager for Asteron’s wealth management business, where he was responsible for a broad range of superannuation and investment solutions for investors, employers, licensees and advisers. Andrew’s extensive financial services experience solidly underpins his role as Managing Director of HUB24 Limited.

She has also held roles across BT Financial Group as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and as Group Financial Controller at Westpac Banking Corporation. With deep experience in platforms, advice and broader financial services, Kitrina has executive leadership experience delivering large strategic transformation projects. Jason Entwistle has over 30 years’ experience in financial services, establishing and managing a number of successful wealth management-related businesses. In 1990, he was part of a small team that created the successful Navigator master trust. Jason has consulted extensively on portfolio administrative platforms to over 20 leading financial institutions throughout Asia Pacific and the UK. He was the co-founder of Avanteos, which was launched in 2001 as Australia’s first online wrap platform and later purchased by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and rebranded Colonial FirstWrap. Jason is one of the longest-serving HUB24 team members, having been involved with the business in various roles for over 15 years.

Amy Rixon has over 20 years of HR, culture and change leadership experience. Prior to joining HUB24, she was Chief People Officer at Frucor Suntory where she was responsible for the company’s people and culture strategy, leadership, development and well-being across Australia and New Zealand. She was also responsible for leading Corporate Affairs, Communications and Sustainability. Prior to that, Amy held the Chief Brand, People and Culture Officer role at ASX-listed ARQ Group for more than five years, leading strategic and operational initiatives for the business during a critical growth period. She also worked at Optus for more than six years in several HR and leadership roles, executing on strategy and business partnership initiatives. Earlier in her career, Amy worked in human resources management for Suncorp and market research company Ipsos.

Deborah is a specialist financial services risk and compliance professional and lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Deborah’s wealth management experience encompasses Managed Funds, Managed Investment Schemes, IDPS , IDPS-like, Managed Accounts/Discretionary Accounts, Superannuation, Life Insurance, and Financial Advice. Prior to joining the HUB24 team in March 2022 Deborah was a Partner at Deloitte, consulting to the financial services industry on governance, risk, conduct, regulation, and compliance. Following an early career in private legal practice where she was a Partner in a mid-tier law firm, Deborah has worked in senior leadership positions with BT Financial Services, MLC and NABWealth, and as ASIC’s National Special Counsel for Financial Services Regulation. Deborah holds a BA/LLB from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Risk Management & Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA). She is a Fellow of the GIA, a Fellow and life member of the Australian Compliance Institute (ACI), and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
