HUB24 Limited (ASX:HUB) (HUB24) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Andrew Formica as a Non-Executive Director, effective 1 July 2026.
Mr. Formica is a highly regarded international investment management executive with more than 30 years’ experience across capital markets and funds management, including over 15 years as Chief Executive Officer leading complex multinational organisations across Europe, North America, AsiaPacific and Australia.
Mr. Formica currently serves as Chairman of Magellan Financial Group and as a Non-Executive Director of Barrenjoey Pty Ltd and Vinva Holdings Pty Ltd. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of Jupiter Asset Management and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Janus Henderson Investors. Prior to that, Mr. Formica was Chief Executive Officer of Henderson Global Investors.
