Have you allocated a project leader and formed a project working group?
Have you identified the platform TRM services you would like to take up?
Have you developed an implementation plan with initial, 6, 12, and 18month timeframes?
Have you identified and documented the steps required, by who, and by when?
Have staff and stakeholders ‘bought-in’ to the practice vision, priority, implementation plan and journey? (don’t underestimate the work involved by all staff and some who may be resistance to change)
