Over the past few months, we’ve launched a range of platform enhancements designed to drive efficiencies, improve transparency and give you greater flexibility in how you service your clients. Some of the tools that enable this include our Online Tax Deduction tool and enhancements to Withdrawal capabilities to provide you and your clients with same-day payments for Super and Pension accounts.
With the successful launch of these capabilities, we are phasing out manual processes to reduce paperwork and increase processing efficiency.
What does this mean for you?
From 31 May 2023, we will no longer accept signed paper forms for Super/Pension withdrawals and Tax Deduction Notices.
We request that all withdrawals for Super and Pension accounts be submitted via the platform rather than paper-based forms. Additionally, we will require all NOTIC (Notice of intent to claim) be submitted using our Online Tax Deduction tool.
