Over the past year, we’ve collaborated with advisers to design HUB24 Present — a new feature which brings together the portfolio data you need to provide interactive and downloadable client presentations on the HUB24 platform, with a few clicks.
Advisers have said that HUB24 Present allows them to:
- Save time preparing for client meetings, with some saving several hours in preparation time per client review meeting.
- Build engagement and understanding by telling clients their investment story in a simple and compelling way.
- Free up time to focus on issues beyond investments to create more meaningful relationships with clients.
- Help transform their client value proposition and demonstrate the value of their advice through personalisation
So how does it work?
HUB24 Present brings together the data you need in a way that is simple and engaging, to support you when having conversations with clients about their investments.
Select one or more accounts to consolidate asset allocation, performance against benchmarks, and contributions and withdrawals into an interactive presentation. You can personalise the cover page and add in client-specific details like portfolio objectives for performance.
When used live with clients, you can start at a high level and then use the interactive slides to drill down into the underlying detail, add or remove accounts to paint the full picture for your clients, and change the date ranges to compare time periods.
And at the end of the meeting, you can save the presentation as a PDF to send to your client.
