Paul Rogan

Chairman & Non-Executive Director

Paul is a senior financial services executive with a proven track record for delivering results in different regions and markets. Possessing strong management skills in both profit and loss responsibility and in driving major change projects honed within the environments of Lend Lease / MLC and Challenger. He has successfully driven businesses through rapid growth phases and is known for turnaround capability. Augmented by more than 20 years experience serving on entity boards and industry groups including 10 years in the not for profit sector. Paul was appointed to the HUB24 Limited Board on 20 December 2017 and served as the Chair of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee from 1 March 2018 until 16 November 2023. Paul was appointed Chairman of the Board on 16 November 2023.

Catherine Kovacs

Non-Executive Director

Catherine has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having held senior executive leadership roles at Westpac Banking Group, Ellerston Capital, Macquarie Group and BT Financial Group.

Catherine’s most recent executive role was as Group Head of Business Development at Westpac until March 2019, where she was responsible for advising the Westpac Executive Committee and Board on business disruption and the future of banking and wealth strategy, as well as managing strategic partnerships.

Prior to that Catherine held executive roles at BT Financial Group as Head of Equities where her responsibilities included product development and distribution of equity products to licensees, advisers and retail investors; Ellerston Capital where she was Head of Investor Relations, Sales & Marketing; and Macquarie Group as Divisions Director, Equity Markets Group.

Catherine is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Member of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (UNSW) and a Master of Applied Finance (Macquarie University).

Catherine was appointed to the Board on 19 July 2021.

Tony McDonald

Non-Executive Director

Mr McDonald co-founded financial planning firm Snowball Group Limited in 2000, which merged with Shadforth in 2011 to become ASX-listed SFG Australia Limited. Mr McDonald is also a former director of The Investment Funds Association of Australia (now Financial Services Council) and currently Chairman of a leading not-for-profit organisation. As a financial services executive Mr McDonald worked in a variety of senior roles with the Snowball Group, SFG, Jardine Fleming Holdings Limited (Hong Kong), and Pacific Mutual Australia Limited. Prior to entering the financial services industry, Mr McDonald worked as a solicitor with the two global law firms, Baker & McKenzie and Coudert Brothers. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from the University of NSW. Mr McDonald was appointed to the HUB24 board on 1 September 2015 and is the Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

Rachel Grimes AM

Non-Executive Director

Rachel has over thirty years’ experience in financial services and accounting having held senior executive leadership roles at BT Financial Group, Westpac Bank and Challenger Limited.

Rachel’s most recent executive role was as CFO for Challenger Limited until October 2022 where she led the sales process of the Challenger Bank Limited in addition to her role as the CFO. Prior to this Rachel held senior executive roles across the Westpac Group including finance, M&A, product and sales.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, CPA Australia and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Rachel became a Member of the Order of Australia in 2022 for her significant service to business in the field of accountancy, and to professional associations.

Rachel was appointed to the Board on 29 May 2023 and appointed Chair of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee on 16 November 2023.

Michelle Tredenick OAM

Non-Executive Director

Michelle has over 30 years’ experience in financial services, having held senior executive leadership roles at National Australia Bank, MLC and Suncorp, including Chief Information Officer and Head of Strategy and Corporate Development.

Michelle brings extensive experience as a company director across a broad range of industries, including banking, insurance, wealth management, education services, superannuation and technology.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

In 2025, Michelle was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for service to business in a range of board roles.

Michelle was appointed to the Board on 11 June 2024.
